Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention programs for students
• Consult with educators, support staff, and families to implement effective interventions
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff and caregivers on behavior management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
• Ensure documentation and compliance with school and regulatory requirements
