Make a positive impact in school communities as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting district-wide initiatives in the Chattanooga area. This part-time, onsite opportunity is a contract role serving students and staff, with regularly structured hours ranging from 10 to 15 each week. You’ll collaborate out of the district office, delivering support across multiple schools—a unique chance to influence best practices and outcomes across an entire district.

You will play a vital role within a comprehensive support model and engage with respected partners like the Vanderbilt Triad program, participating in monthly consultations to enhance data-driven intervention and feedback. A help desk system and well-established referral process ensure a manageable caseload and systematic approach to initiatives, helping you stay focused and energized throughout your contract.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA license required
• Experience in educational or school-based settings highly valued
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must complete fingerprinting as part of credentialing
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention principles

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support and consultation (ages and specific caseload will be determined as referrals are assigned)
• Serve as a resource for administrators, staff, and parents on behavioral strategies
• Participate in monthly consults with the Vanderbilt Triad program
• Collaborate with a centralized help desk system for referral management and case allocation
• Use data to monitor progress and outcomes, making informed recommendations for intervention
