A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide itinerant services at an elementary school in Somerville, MA for the current school year (CSY). This role focuses on supporting students through behavior analysis strategies within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver itinerant BCBA services across classrooms as needed, effectively managing time and caseload.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to implement and monitor behavior strategies.
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection on student progress and interventions.
