A fulfilling opportunity is available for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) interested in making a direct impact within an educational setting. This contract role is based at an elementary school site and focuses on providing crucial support to students and staff through consultation and behavioral guidance. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and will extend through the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year. Enjoy a flexible, part-time schedule of two days each week, with the option to select days Monday through Friday.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Previous public school experience is highly preferred but not required
  • Proven skills supporting students with behavioral needs and implementing effective behavioral intervention strategies
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with staff, students, and multidisciplinary teams
  • A creative, compassionate, and team-focused approach

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent behavioral consultation for approximately 29 students across elementary and middle school grades
  • Collaborate with special education staff to refine and update behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Offer ongoing behavioral intervention support, helping maintain stability in classrooms
  • Assist classroom teams with the implementation of intervention and management strategies
  • Serve as a resource for staff, supporting both individual and group needs to foster student success
