Seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a part-time contract position serving a diverse student population for the 2025/2026 school year. This role focuses on behavioral health support and consultation services two days weekly, with flexibility to arrange your schedule Monday through Friday.

You will play a key part in supporting approximately 29 students, including elementary and middle schoolers, most of whom benefit from individualized consultation aligned with their IEPs. Your expertise will help staff and students create positive, stable classroom environments and implement effective behavioral interventions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Experience working in public schools preferred, but not required
  • Proven ability to support students with behavioral needs
  • Strong skills in behavior intervention planning and implementation
  • Creative, compassionate, and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent communication abilities with colleagues and students

In This Role, You Will:

  • Provide consultation and support around behavioral interventions for both staff and students
  • Conduct regular updates and maintenance of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Partner closely with classroom educators and special education teams
  • Consult with administration to promote student and staff success
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive school environment
