Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Proven experience working within school settings, preferably K-8
• Strong background in autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based interventions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, paraprofessionals, and families
• Excellent communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable and organized, with a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing consultation and direct support to five autism classrooms
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver training and support best practices
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal setting and student progress discussions
• Engage with families and school team to ensure consistent strategies across environments
