Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Proven experience working within school settings, preferably K-8
- Strong background in autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based interventions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, paraprofessionals, and families
- Excellent communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable and organized, with a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing consultation and direct support to five autism classrooms
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to improve outcomes
- Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver training and support best practices
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to goal setting and student progress discussions
- Engage with families and school team to ensure consistent strategies across environments
