Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Prior experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis plans in educational environments
• Strong ability to assess, develop, and monitor individualized treatment programs for students
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards in behavioral intervention
• Ability to document progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure student success

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop comprehensive intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students, supporting positive behavioral outcomes
• Train and coach school staff and teachers on behavior intervention strategies and data collection
• Regularly review and update individualized plans to ensure effectiveness and compliance
• Collaborate with educators and families to promote generalization of skills across settings
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings as needed
