Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Current state license
- Previous experience in K-12 school environments preferred
- Proven ability to work with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and progress reporting
- Commitment to ethical practices and student-centered support
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data
- Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
- Train and support school staff in proactive and reactive behavior strategies
- Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation as required
