Licensed Elementary Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - South Burlington, Vermont

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Current state license
• Previous experience in K-12 school environments preferred
• Proven ability to work with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with data collection, analysis, and progress reporting
• Commitment to ethical practices and student-centered support

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data
• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans
• Train and support school staff in proactive and reactive behavior strategies
• Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
