Board Certified Behavior Analyst - South Holland, IL

Step into a dynamic role supporting students in an Adaptive Behavioral Learning Environment (ABLE) program, providing essential services for learners from Kindergarten through 12th grade. In this contract position, you'll serve as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collaborating with educators and integrating behavioral services into classroom settings throughout the entire school day.

This opportunity is designed for a committed professional who understands the unique needs of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities. As the second BCBA on site, your expertise will amplify comprehensive supports offered to students with diverse communication, sensory regulation, and academic needs.

Key qualifications and desired experience:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Prior experience working in educational or school-based settings
• Deep understanding of how behavioral services integrate into classroom environments
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with multidisciplinary teams

Core responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support for students within the ABLE program
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers daily
• Assess student needs and gather data to inform intervention strategies
• Train and support school staff to implement behavior plans consistently
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to maximize student growth in communication, social skills, sensory processing, and academic achievement

This full-time contract position for the 2026-2027 school year features 32.5 set hours per week, fostering work-life balance.
