Your role will be on-site, starting August 11th or 12th and running through May 28th, with flexible, full-time or part-time scheduling options to suit your needs. Typical school hours are 8:10 am to 3:15 pm, with extended hours until 4:15 pm on Wednesdays.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience working with school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavior assessments and analyze student needs
  • Develop and implement targeted behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments
  • Provide ongoing support and supervision to RBTs
  • Collaborate with school staff and support district-wide initiatives
