Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working in school settings, with students facing a variety of behavioral and learning needs
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, data collection, functional behavior assessments, and behavior intervention planning
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic school environments and work with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret data to design effective intervention plans
  • Lead and supervise the implementation of behavioral interventions by school staff and paraprofessionals
  • Educate and support staff and families on evidence-based strategies and progress monitoring
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school policies and best practices
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress review
