We're hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support K–12 students across Connecticut school districts during the 2026–2027 school year. In This Role, You Will:

  • Evaluate student behavior by completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
  • Create and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) designed to improve student success.
  • Work alongside educators, school leaders, service providers, and families to implement effective behavioral supports.
  • Deliver direct behavioral services while consulting with staff across both general and special education programs.
  • Monitor student progress through ongoing data collection and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Provide professional development and coaching to school personnel on evidence-based behavior management techniques.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • School-based experience with K–12 students is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • A commitment to creating positive learning environments and supporting student achievement.
