Key Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical environments
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Comfortable conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and providing training

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and draft individualized behavior intervention plans
• Support implementation of ABA strategies with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff members
• Monitor progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Engage families in the intervention process and provide resources for carryover at home
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights for student programming
