Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working within a school setting preferred

• Current licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of Mississippi

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based evaluations
• Design and supervise the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing training and support for school staff regarding intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, reports, and documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and consult with multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their goals
• Monitor student progress, modify plans as needed, and ensure best-practice ABA methodologies are upheld
