Qualifications and Experience:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) required
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Previous experience providing ABA services in school settings preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility (as applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and analyze behavioral data to inform instruction
  • Train and coach school staff and families on positive behavior support strategies
  • Collect and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and data
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the team’s educational planning
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development
