Make a meaningful impact as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students across a dynamic K-12 environment for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite contract role allows you to collaborate district-wide, working closely with diverse student populations and leading a team of Behavior Support Assistants. Key Qualifications:
- Active or eligible for WA BCBA licensure (must complete, if not currently held)
- Willing to complete OSPI fingerprinting if not already cleared
- Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and collaborate with support staff
- Commitment to onsite work throughout the contract; virtual arrangements not available
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based behavioral assessments and intervention plans for K-12 students
- Supervise and provide ongoing guidance to district Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to optimize student success
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform program effectiveness
- Support staff training and development related to behavioral strategies
- Ensure compliance with district and state standards for special education services
