In this role, you will:

  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Coach and consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to ensure strategies are implemented effectively
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data, ensuring proper documentation and progress monitoring
  • Collaborate with IEP teams and participate in meetings to align support strategies
