What you’ll bring:

• Valid and active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Experience supporting students in schools or pediatric settings is preferred
• Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Capacity to tailor interventions and consultation to a diverse range of student needs and age groups

What your days will look like:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students referred by the school team
• Develop and implement targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that support students’ success
• Provide ongoing coaching, consultation, and hands-on support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Track student progress, analyze behavioral and academic data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Participate as a valued member of IEP teams, contributing to meetings and collaborative planning
