Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience working in school settings is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students and school staff
• Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain detailed data on interventions
• Train and coach teachers and paraprofessionals in implementing behavior support strategies
• Collaborate with families and other service providers to promote positive outcomes
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain best practices in ABA
