Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Strong experience working in educational environments or with school-age individuals.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), and training/supporting school staff.
  • Ability to travel to school sites as needed.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments for students.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior programs in collaboration with IEP teams and staff.
  • Supporting teachers and aides through coaching, modeling, and consultation.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
  • Providing training to staff and family members regarding evidence-based behavioral strategies.
  • Promoting a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment to foster student growth and success.
