Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current BCBA certification required
- Experience working in school settings is highly desirable
- Excellent skills in behavior assessment, program development, and parent/staff training
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage caseload, maintain thorough documentation, and adhere to ethical standards
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral services to students and school staff
- Monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain detailed data on interventions
- Train and coach teachers and paraprofessionals in implementing behavior support strategies
- Collaborate with families and other service providers to promote positive outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain best practices in ABA
