This position seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within a school setting located in Springfield, MA. This contract-to-hire role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to help improve student outcomes through targeted interventions and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments to develop individualized intervention plans
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with school staff
- Train and support teachers and aides on behavior management techniques
- Analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Communicate effectively with educational teams and families to ensure consistency and support
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
- Experience working in school environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethics
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt behavior plans based on student needs and data
