This position seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within a school setting located in Springfield, MA. This contract-to-hire role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to help improve student outcomes through targeted interventions and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments to develop individualized intervention plans
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies in collaboration with school staff
• Train and support teachers and aides on behavior management techniques
• Analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Communicate effectively with educational teams and families to ensure consistency and support

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience working in school environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethics
