Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Springfield, MA

Step into a rewarding and impactful role supporting students and staff as a BCBA/Autism Specialist for the 2026–2027 academic year! This onsite-only contract opportunity allows you to work across four dynamic school sites, collaborating with dedicated educational teams to foster inclusive and positive learning environments. You'll be instrumental in enhancing autism support services, providing behavior consultation, and coaching school personnel directly where they are needed most.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (please have documentation ready for your application)
• Proven experience in a school-based setting, especially supporting autism programs
• Expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and designing comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans
• Confident coaching skills to train teachers and paraprofessionals in evidence-based behavior strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary educational teams
• Must have reliable transportation for travel between multiple school sites

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavior consultation services in diverse school environments
• Lead the development and implementation of FBAs and BIPs for students with autism
• Provide ongoing coaching to classroom teachers and support staff to build capacity in managing challenging behaviors
• Serve as a collaborative resource to improve autism programming and inclusive practices
• Communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders and ensure high standards of student support
• Abide by all requirements for background checks, drug screening, and punctual attendance
