2nd Grade 1st Grade Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Springfield, Massachusetts

As a contract professional, you’ll work closely with students in grades 1st through 3rd as well as 10th to 12th, tailoring behavioral interventions that empower both students and staff for long-term success.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful change and foster positive outcomes for students. Your insights will shape individualized plans and support a positive, inclusive school environment.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience designing and implementing behavioral programs for students
• Familiarity with school-based settings or similar environments
• Ability to work effectively with students in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals
• Proficient at data collection, reporting, and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for assigned students
• Provide direct support and guidance to teachers and staff regarding behavioral strategies
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings, offering recommendations for student support
• Train school personnel on best practices in behavior management
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
