Working with students from 1st to 12th grade, you’ll collaborate with educators, staff, and families to implement evidence-based interventions and support student growth and development.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
  • Experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage caseloads across multiple grade levels (1st–3rd and 10th–12th)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral assessments
  • Proven ability to develop and oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform best practices
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to provide training and resources
  • Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed to maximize positive outcomes
  • Serve as a key participant in multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Support a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment for all students
