Desired Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential in good standing
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Prior experience providing ABA services in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to conduct behavioral assessments and develop actionable intervention plans
  • Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with federal and state special education regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create data-driven intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
  • Train and support school staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor and analyze student progress, making modifications as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure cohesive support and communication
  • Provide staff consultation and ongoing professional development regarding behavior management and ABA methodologies
  • Prepare documentation, progress reports, and attend individualized education program (IEP) meetings as required
