Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Experience working with K-12 students, including those with autism and behavioral challenges
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and interventions
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Familiarity with data collection and analysis for behavioral progress
• Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in dynamic school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal behavioral assessments to identify students’ needs
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans tailored for school environments
• Provide direct support and training for teachers, aides, and support staff on ABA strategies
• Monitor the effectiveness of behavior plans through regular data collection and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to review progress and share updates with families
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing guidance and documentation as required
