Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a school-based setting. This is a great opportunity for a professional who is passionate about working with children and collaborating within an educational team to make a meaningful impact.

Position Overview
The BCBA will work closely with school staff, students, and support teams to assess behavior, develop intervention plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral services. The ideal candidate has experience in school settings and strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide consultation and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with ABA best practices and school policies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams and families

  • Proof of BCBA Certification (copy or screenshot of certification/license)
  • Relevant School-Based Experience

Additional Requirements

Must successfully pass a drug screening
Fingerprinting and background/CORI check required prior to start
Must have reliable transportation
Strong punctuality is required — must arrive on time and complete the full scheduled day

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.42 to $65.42. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
