Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification (please provide a screenshot for submission)
• Direct school-based BCBA or Autism Specialist experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Experienced in coaching teachers and paraprofessionals for behavior support
• Familiarity with autism classroom environments and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Valid transportation (required to travel between four school sites)
• Cleared background including drug screen, fingerprinting, and CORI

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite behavioral consultation to students and staff at multiple campuses
• Complete FBAs and design/implement BIPs
• Deliver classroom coaching and support to faculty working with autistic students
• Collaborate with teams to enhance student support across educational settings
• Maintain consistent, reliable attendance and clear communication regarding absences
