Certified Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Springfield, OR

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students referred by school staff.
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Offer expert consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and various school staff to promote positive behavioral supports.
• Analyze progress, maintain detailed data records, and complete required documentation.
• Work collaboratively with IEP teams, participating in meetings and educational planning as needed to ensure best outcomes for students.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric environments is preferred.
• Ability to work across all school levels including elementary, middle, and high school students.
