Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Serve as a consultant and coach, supporting teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams on best practices
  • Gather and analyze data for purposeful progress monitoring and documentation
  • Collaborate actively with IEP teams and contribute meaningfully to meetings

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Licensure appropriate for working in school settings
  • Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
