Licensed Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Springfield, Oregon

This full-time, contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based services in Springfield, OR. The position involves working with elementary, middle, and high school students to support behavioral interventions within a supportive educational setting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behaviors and underlying functions
• Designing and implementing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Consulting and coaching teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams to promote positive behavior supports
• Progress monitoring through detailed data collection, analysis, and documentation
• Collaborating with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and participating in meetings as required

Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification is required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric environments strongly preferred
