Exciting opportunity for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary students for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year! This full-time contract position runs from August 24, 2026, through June 24, 2027, offering the chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic, collaborative school environment near Stamford, CT.
As a BCBA, you will work with a diverse caseload of approximately 10-15 elementary students, from Pre-K through 5th grade. You’ll be an integral part of the support team, directly serving students with behavior intervention needs and supporting the elementary behavior class. Desired Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
- Demonstrated experience providing ABA services in a school or pediatric setting
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation skills with educators and families
- Familiarity working with PreK – 5th-grade students, including those with autism and other behavioral needs
- Ability to manage and balance a caseload of 10-15 students effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement and monitor behavior plans
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students and educators
- Provide training, coaching, and support to classroom staff in behavioral strategies
- Collect data, analyze trends, and adjust interventions as needed
- Serve as a key member of the school behavior support team for elementary-level students
