Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Stamford, Connecticut

Desired Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with students in a school setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated skill in developing and monitoring individualized behavioral support plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and utilize data-driven analysis
• Develop and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students
• Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavioral strategies and interventions
• Consult regularly with teachers and related services professionals to ensure consistency
• Monitor student progress, record data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and communicate findings and recommendations
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
