Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working with students in a school setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated skill in developing and monitoring individualized behavioral support plans
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and utilize data-driven analysis
- Develop and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students
- Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavioral strategies and interventions
- Consult regularly with teachers and related services professionals to ensure consistency
- Monitor student progress, record data, and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and communicate findings and recommendations
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
