Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with students in educational settings preferred

  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor effective behavioral intervention plans
  • Familiarity with data collection, assessment tools, and progress monitoring software
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret results to inform individualized intervention strategies
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure consistent application of behavior supports
  • Train and guide educators and paraprofessionals in effective behavior intervention techniques
  • Monitor student progress, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as needed
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Provide crisis intervention support and respond to behavioral emergencies with professionalism and care
