Desired Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification recognized by the BACB
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working in a school-based setting preferred

• Collaborative approach to working with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments for students

• Provide staff training and ongoing consultation to ensure the fidelity of interventions
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Support IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
• Maintain detailed documentation and reporting in accordance with school and regulatory standards
