What You'll Do:

• Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students
• Provide consultation and hands-on coaching for teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support teams
• Monitor student progress, analyze data, and maintain detailed documentation
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams, contributing to meetings and providing expert input

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred
• Strong, professional communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Valid state licensure as required for BCBA practice
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
