Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This role offers contract-based flexibility, with on-site schedules available as either full-time or part-time to match your preferences. Your assignment is set to begin August 6th and will run through May 16th, with dates adjusted if emergency days are utilized.

You’ll play a vital part in guiding and supporting students’ behavioral and academic journeys. The caseload, including the specific number of students, will be determined to best align with both student needs and your expertise. Qualifications & Skills:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (current & in good standing)
  • Experience working in school settings, ideally with K-12 populations
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators and families
  • Competence in behavioral assessment tools and data collection
  • Knowledge of developing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans
  • Adaptable and patient approach to unique student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough behavioral assessments for students assigned to your caseload
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to address specific needs
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as necessary
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure coordinated implementation of plans
  • Provide ongoing training and support to school staff regarding behavior management practices
