Job Description:
As a Travel School BCBA, you will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions. Your expertise will help students build positive behaviors, improve classroom success, and reach their full potential in structured learning environments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide behavioral consultation and support to school staff and families.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings.
• Train educators and support staff on behavior strategies and interventions.
• Support students in achieving academic and behavioral goals.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
• Passion for improving student outcomes through behavior support.
