Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Summerville, SC

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices
• Comfortable providing direct supervision to staff
• Skilled in report writing and data analysis

• Ability to attend and contribute to IEP meetings effectively
• Flexibility and commitment to onsite work throughout the assignment

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivering supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and other team members
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
• Completing thorough, timely, and accurate reports for student documentation
• Participating in IEP meetings and providing expert recommendations for behavioral supports
• Collaborating closely with educators, therapists, and families to foster student progress
• Collecting and analyzing data to inform ongoing program modifications
• Ensuring all services are conducted in compliance with school policies and ethical guidelines
