Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Valid state licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Experience in a school, district, or pediatric behavioral setting preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise working with diverse student populations across K-12
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify students’ needs
  • Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students
  • Offer consultation, support, and ongoing coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Track student progress through data collection, analysis, and comprehensive documentation
  • Collaborate regularly with IEP teams and contribute expertise during meetings
  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
