High School Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Summerville, SC

Step into an impactful role supporting students and educators in a dynamic school-based environment near Summerville, SC. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working on a full-time contract (37.5 hours per week), you'll collaborate closely with elementary, middle, and high school teams to positively influence student outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to serve diverse caseloads based on district needs, while guiding staff and promoting effective behavioral strategies across campuses.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) tailored to individual student needs
• Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide on-site consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain thorough documentation
• Collaborate with IEP teams, participate in meetings, and contribute to multidisciplinary planning

What We’re Looking For:

• BCBA Certification in good standing (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Active license to practice as required in school settings
• Certification or experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families
