Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA Certification required
  • Valid professional licensing
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desirable
  • Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Design and implement evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Offer expert consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
  • Engage in ongoing progress monitoring, data collection, analysis, and precise documentation
  • Collaborate as a vital member of IEP teams, contributing to meetings and student planning discussions
