High School Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Sumter, South Carolina

Collaboration is essential, as you’ll join IEP meetings and work closely with other professionals to align supports for each student.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Licensure for school-based work (as required per state guidelines)
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Solid understanding of functional behavior assessment and behavioral intervention principles

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Design and implement comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Support and coach school personnel on behavioral strategies and best practices
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavioral data, and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
