Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Sunnyvale, California

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience providing services within a school setting.
• Proficient in overseeing and supporting RBTs, including supervision and mentorship.
• Strong collaborative skills to partner with multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with staff, students, and families.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and support RBTs in implementing behavior plans and data collection.
• Provide staff training, guidance, and consultation in behavioral management techniques.
• Work alongside educators and support staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
