You’ll work closely with school teams, students, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to create optimal learning and behavioral support plans. If you thrive in collaborative settings and bring prior school-based experience, your expertise will be highly valued here.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active BCBA certification is required.
- Demonstrated experience providing services within a school setting.
- Proficient in overseeing and supporting RBTs, including supervision and mentorship.
- Strong collaborative skills to partner with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with staff, students, and families.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise and support RBTs in implementing behavior plans and data collection.
- Provide staff training, guidance, and consultation in behavioral management techniques.
- Work alongside educators and support staff to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
