Qualifications & Desired Skills:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and providing training or guidance to staff and parents
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans for students
  • Oversee the implementation of intervention strategies and monitor progress
  • Provide direct support, coaching, and consultation to school personnel and families
  • Facilitate team meetings, share progress, and revise plans as needed
  • Maintain documentation and compliance in accordance with school and regulatory standards
