Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational or clinical environment
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in data collection, behavioral assessment, and progress reporting
• Comfortable working collaboratively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) for students as needed
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to paraprofessionals, teachers, and school staff
• Deliver staff training sessions on ABA methodologies and best practices
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and intervention adjustments
• Attend meetings and communicate student progress with families and educational teams
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with district and ethical guidelines
