Exciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to contribute to the success of high school students by providing expert behavioral consultation and support in an educational setting near Sunnyvale, CA. This contract, full-time position focuses on collaborating with teachers, staff, and students to promote positive behavioral outcomes and drive meaningful change across campus.
What you’ll bring:
- Active BCBA certification with up-to-date credentials
- Experience working in schools or with adolescent populations preferred
- Strong foundation in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a behavioral consultant for a high school caseload, providing direct support and strategic guidance
- Collaborate closely with educators and staff to assess student needs and develop tailored behavioral interventions
- Train and coach staff on data-driven strategies to manage challenging behaviors and encourage student success
- Oversee the implementation and fidelity of individualized behavior intervention plans
- Facilitate meetings, track progress, and provide ongoing recommendations to support student growth
