Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Sunnyvale, California

Seeking a talented and dedicated BCBA to make a meaningful impact with high school and post-secondary students in a supportive educational environment near Sunnyvale, CA. This contract opportunity runs from ASAP through June 3, 2027, and provides the chance to work across 2-3 sites, serving grades 9–12 and post-secondary learners. Expect a consistent 30-hour work week, with flexible daily schedules available: either 8:30 am – 4:00 pm or 8:15 am – 3:45 pm (7-hour days, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch).

Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials, in good standing
• Prior experience working in schools, particularly supporting high school or transition-age students, is strongly preferred
• Strong skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring FBAs and BIPs
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently, with an average of 10-15 FBA/BIPs completed each school year
• Outstanding communication skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
• Adaptability to work across multiple sites and collaborate in a dynamic, student-centered environment
• Experience with or openness to RBT supervision in the future

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee high-quality behavioral plans for students in grades 9–12+
• Conduct assessments (FBAs/BIPs) with accuracy and in a timely manner
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide evidence-based interventions
• Offer ongoing consultation and training to educators and staff
• Maintain precise documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Engage and support families to encourage consistency across settings
