Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience working with K-12 students or within educational environments preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing behavioral intervention strategies
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to support staff, students, and families
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses to identify student needs
  • Design and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Train and mentor instructional staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions in coordination with school teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate on IEP teams as necessary
  • Serve as a resource for behavioral best practices and data-collection methods
