Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Proven experience working within school environments
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor student behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans for students
• Train and support school staff in implementing behavioral strategies
• Monitor progress, modify interventions as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
• Provide consultative guidance to educators and parents
