Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Proven experience working within school environments
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
- Ability to design, implement, and monitor student behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans for students
- Train and support school staff in implementing behavioral strategies
- Monitor progress, modify interventions as necessary, and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultative guidance to educators and parents
