You’ll work across a dynamic district, delivering high-quality behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultative support to students and educational teams across multiple sites. This full-time position spans the academic year, from August 26, 2026 through June 15, 2027, with a commitment of 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based behavioral assessments for students district-wide.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral intervention plans to meet unique student needs.
  • Offer direct support to students, providing one-on-one and group interventions as needed.
  • Consult and collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and administrators to support effective implementation of interventions.
  • Work in partnership with families to foster continuity and success between home and school environments.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant external agencies that serve district students and their families.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (required).
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Behavior Analyst in a school setting or similar environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and monitor effective intervention strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth.
