Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Swanzey, NH | Full-Time School Contract

A school district in the Swanzey area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract opportunity during the 2026-2027 school year. This district-wide position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to support students with behavioral needs.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• 35 Hours Per Week

• Monday-Friday

School Year:

• August 2026 – June 2027

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans

• Conduct behavioral assessments and provide evidence-based recommendations

• Consult with teachers, administrators, and related service providers

• Provide direct behavioral support and coaching when appropriate

• Build collaborative relationships with families and outside agencies

• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

• Master's degree in a related field

• 3-5 years of BCBA experience preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
