Desired Qualifications:
- Current Behavior Analyst Certification from IDFPR
- Active national BCBA certification via BACB
- Experience working with K-12 age groups preferred
- Flexibility and interest in covering multiple locations (itinerant capacity)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Personal transportation to travel between multiple sites as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention strategies
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support for students and educators
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Offers input in developing and training support staff in effective behavioral practices
