Desired Qualifications:

• Current Behavior Analyst Certification from IDFPR
• Active national BCBA certification via BACB
• Experience working with K-12 age groups preferred
• Flexibility and interest in covering multiple locations (itinerant capacity)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Personal transportation to travel between multiple sites as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop intervention strategies
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support for students and educators
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
• Offers input in developing and training support staff in effective behavioral practices
