Are you a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across an entire school district? Soliant is seeking a Full-Time BCBA to support students, staff, and educational teams throughout the Sycamore, Illinois area. This district-wide position offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple schools while providing high-quality behavioral support services that promote student success.

Position Details:

• Full-Time Position (1.0 FTE)
• District-Wide School-Based Role
• Location: Sycamore, IL Area
• Support provided across multiple school sites within the district
• Must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide behavioral consultation and support across district classrooms and programs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education teams, and related service providers
• Train and support staff in evidence-based behavioral strategies and interventions
• Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis
• Review behavioral data and adjust interventions to support positive outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Promote consistent implementation of behavioral supports throughout the district

What We’re Looking For:

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to support a diverse student population across multiple school environments

Compensation for this position ranges from $48.12 to $68.12. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
