Qualifications:

  • Must hold current IDFPR Behavior Analyst Certification
  • National BCBA certification required (BACB)
  • Experience with K-12 students preferred
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple sites
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • PEL not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and functional analyses
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
  • Train school personnel in behavioral intervention strategies
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide decision-making
  • Serve across multiple sites when itinerant
