This contract opportunity is ideal for experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts who want to empower students with social and emotional challenges. You’ll have an immediate impact through the end of the school year, working closely with a specialized team in a supportive, structured Pyramid Program environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification and state licensure required
  • Experience supporting students with significant social and emotional needs preferred
  • Background in implementing school-based behavioral interventions, data collection, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable in a therapeutic, small-group educational setting
  • Ability to start as soon as possible and shadow the current BCBA prior to December transition

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral analysis, intervention design, and consultation for students in the Pyramid Program
  • Collaborate with special education staff, related service providers, and teaching teams to ensure individualized support
  • Lead and participate in student assessment, data-driven decision making, and progress monitoring
  • Model and coach positive behavioral strategies for teachers and staff
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective educational and behavioral plans
  • Occasionally attend meetings after school hours
