This in-person role spans from September 9, 2026, through June 16, 2027, and offers a meaningful way to make a difference district-wide while leading positive behavioral interventions.

Your expertise as a BCBA will directly impact students, staff, and the broader educational community. This position focuses on direct support in schools—virtual options are not available—allowing you to build hands-on relationships and oversee a district-wide caseload. You'll have the opportunity to provide supervision and guidance for Behavioral Support Assistants and collaborate closely with educational teams to foster improved academic and behavioral outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

• Active BCBA certification and licensure in Washington State, or willingness to obtain before start date
• Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and support Behavioral Support Assistants
• Dedication to positive behavioral change and inclusive practices
• Fingerprinting through the OSPI or willingness to complete prior to assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral assessments, interventions, and supports across multiple school sites
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavioral plans
• Provide district-wide oversight for behavioral services and supervise support staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and administrators
• Engage with students and families to promote positive behavioral growth
