An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across a district-wide, K-12 caseload for the entire 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position runs from September 9, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours. You’ll work collaboratively with educators and behavior support assistants (BSAs), playing a key role in enhancing student outcomes within a supportive school environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BCBA certification, or willingness to obtain Washington licensure before the start date
- Fingerprinting through OSPI, or willingness to complete process as required by state law
- Experience providing behavioral services to students in school settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse K-12 populations
- Previous supervisory experience of support staff, such as BSAs, is a plus
- Commitment to working onsite—virtual applications will not be considered
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff across the district
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Support Assistants to ensure fidelity of interventions
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and maintain accurate data collection
- Provide training, guidance, and professional development on behavioral strategies as needed
