Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Tacoma, WA

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting highly preferred
• Strong understanding of FBA, BIP, and data-driven intervention
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to efficiently work with multidisciplinary teams and adapt to diverse student needs
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students, staff, and families
• Train and coach school staff and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies and best practices
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data collection and analysis
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations aligned with student goals
