Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Prior experience in a school setting, preferred
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment and intervention strategies
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform interventions
  • Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based BIPs for students
  • Provide ongoing training and consultation to teachers and support staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and student progress
  • Document services provided, maintain detailed records, and participate in relevant meetings
  • Engage in parent/caregiver training and communication as needed
