Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA

Soliant Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time school-based contract position near Tacoma, Washington. This is a maternity leave coverage assignment supporting K–12 students across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA services across multiple school campuses
• Support students and staff with behavior programming
• Conduct consultation, supervision, and behavior support planning
• Collaborate with school teams, families, and administrators
• Maintain documentation in accordance with district procedures

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• School-based experience preferred
• Experience supporting K–12 students preferred
• Strong communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
