Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not mandatory
  • Strong understanding of functional behavior assessment and intervention development
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize cases efficiently across multiple locations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management and clinical support for a caseload of seven students requiring BCBA services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure effective plan execution
  • Provide training, guidance, and consultation to school personnel as needed
  • Analyze behavioral data to measure outcomes and adjust interventions for optimal student progress
  • Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
