As the dedicated BCBA, you’ll oversee a caseload of seven students who require your expertise in behavioral assessment, program development, and ongoing support. This position allows you to hone your clinical skills without the responsibility of RBT supervision, focusing directly on student outcomes and meaningful collaboration with school staff and families.
Key Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working within school settings or with children and adolescents
- Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Strong communication, consultation, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavioral plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of seven students across five schools, providing necessary BCBA support and interventions
- Conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educational teams, teachers, and families to promote behavior support strategies and positive outcomes
- Provide guidance to school staff on behavior management best practices and program fidelity
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with professional standards and district guidelines
