Step into a vital behavioral health role serving elementary students during a key period of coverage for a maternity leave replacement. This contract opportunity requires a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary-aged learners, helping them achieve their full potential through evidence-based interventions. Work alongside experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in a collaborative school environment devoted to inclusive education and student growth.

What we’re seeking:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience implementing behavioral intervention plans in school or pediatric settings
  • Familiarity working with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to adapt strategies to fit individual student needs
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a student-centered approach

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct one-on-one behavioral support and interventions to elementary students as outlined in their care plans
  • Collect and document data on student behaviors and intervention outcomes
  • Collaborate daily with BCBAs, teachers, and related providers to monitor and adjust strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for ongoing plan development
  • Foster a positive, supportive learning environment that encourages skill building and independence
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with all ethical and legal guidelines in school settings
