Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Previous experience in school environments or working with young children, PreK–3rd grade, strongly preferred
- Strong background in applied behavior analysis, data collection, and consultative support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and monitor behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and provide staff training
Responsibilities:
- Deliver consultative behavior analytic services, focusing primarily on PreK–3rd grade student populations
- Support teams by providing guidance and recommendations on behavior strategies and interventions
- Complete functional behavior assessments and create tailored behavior intervention plans
- Train and coach school staff to implement recommended behavior strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address student needs, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication of interventions and progress
