Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Previous experience in school environments or working with young children, PreK–3rd grade, strongly preferred
  • Strong background in applied behavior analysis, data collection, and consultative support
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to develop and monitor behavior intervention plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and provide staff training

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consultative behavior analytic services, focusing primarily on PreK–3rd grade student populations
  • Support teams by providing guidance and recommendations on behavior strategies and interventions
  • Complete functional behavior assessments and create tailored behavior intervention plans
  • Train and coach school staff to implement recommended behavior strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address student needs, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication of interventions and progress
